Step 1: Trigger on sales call completion

The Workflow activates automatically when a sales call ends—connected to your Gong integration or meeting recordings—capturing the full conversation for analysis.

Step 2: Transcribe the conversation

Cassidy processes the call recording and generates a complete transcript, preserving the nuances of the sales dialogue for accurate qualification analysis.

Step 3: Extract qualification signals

The Workflow analyzes the transcript against your configured qualification framework—whether BANT, MEDDICC, SPICED, or a custom methodology—pulling out key signals like budget indicators, authority confirmation, timeline mentions, and pain points.

Step 4: Compute weighted qualification score

Cassidy calculates a qualification score based on the extracted signals, weighting each criterion according to your sales methodology to produce an objective, evidence-based assessment of deal readiness.

Step 5: Detect qualification gaps

Cassidy identifies missing or weak qualification areas—flagging where reps need to dig deeper in follow-up conversations and surfacing discrepancies between stated and observed qualification signals.

Step 6: Update CRM with structured data

The Workflow writes structured fields directly to your CRM—including the qualification score, stage readiness assessment, recommended next steps, confidence level, and any discrepancy flags—keeping your pipeline data accurate and actionable.
