Step 1: Trigger on call completion

Step 4: Create tasks in connected systems
The Workflow automatically creates tasks in your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) or project tools (Jira) with the assigned owner, due date, and relevant call context attached.
Step 5: Track and notify
